Little Big Therapy's Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services provided by Little Big Therapy Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. By accessing and using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Agreement:

   a. Little Big Therapy offers Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy services for children in accordance with the NDIS guidelines.

2. Eligibility:

   a. To access our services, the child must be under 8 years of age with NDIS funding or have plans to apply for NDIS funding.

3. Service Provision:

   a. We provide our services in a flexible and responsive manner, allowing for delivery in various settings, including, childcare, school, community and home, based on individual preferences and therapist capacity. b. We are committed to equal and fair access to our services for all, regardless of culture, sexuality, economic status, or funding model.

4. Appointments:

   a. Appointments will be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. b. Please provide at least 72 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes. c. If less than 72 hours notice is given for cancellation or changes, you will be invoiced the full rate for the scheduled appointment. d. Late arrivals will result in a shorter session duration.

5. Fees and Payments:

   a. The cost of our services will be covered under your NDIS plan. b. Any additional costs, if applicable, will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. c. Payment for additional services will be billed as agreed.

6. Privacy:

   a. Your privacy is important to us. We will handle your personal information as per our Privacy Policy. b. We will seek your consent before sharing your information with third parties.

7. Client Responsibilities:

   a. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your or your child's needs and goals. b. You are responsible for any actions or decisions made based on the therapy services provided.

8. Changes and Termination:

   a. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our services at any time. b. You may discontinue our services by providing written notice. c. If there is a breach of these terms and conditions, we may terminate services without notice.

9. Complaints:

   a. If you have any concerns or complaints about our services, please contact us to resolve the issue.

10. Limitation of Liability:

a. We are not liable for any injury or harm arising from the therapy services unless due to negligence. b. We do not guarantee specific results as outcomes may vary.​

a. We may update these terms and conditions to reflect changes in our services or for legal and regulatory reasons. Please review these terms and conditions regularly for any updates.
